Why do I keep getting logged out?

This could happen for several reasons:

  • For security, accounts are logged out after 30 minutes of being idle
  • If it's happening to everyone, it could be a firewall issue you'll need to contact your IT department about
  • Otherwise, there could be compatibility or settings issues. Try this or browse the Wiki
  • If your issue is still unresolved, contact us below
How do I create or modify a user?

Simple! If you're a Master User, just go here for a full set of instructions.

Otherwise, contact your company's Master User to do this for you.

I can't see my tasks in the status tab?
  • If this is your first time using the account, check with your Master User that they assigned a facility.
  • Check that your filter bar has been set to the right date range and status
  • Try logging in from another computer
  • Try log in from another account if you can
  • Contact us for further help below
I'm having trouble with the Me button
  • If it's not working and you're using Internet Explorer, it's probably a setting issue. Find out how to resolve it here.
  • Try it from a different computer. If it works there, contact your IT department to see if it's a setting issue on your own computer.
  • If you've never used the feature before, learn more here.
How do I upload my assets?

You can do it one-by-one, or bulk. Learn how to do it one-by-one here, or if you want to do a bulk upload, complete this Excel sheet and email it to the support team.

How do I schedule a task?

How do I add a new facility?

Licenses for additional facilities do come with an additional cost. Contact us below to find out how to make this happen.

Otherwise, you may be able to add a new Building Area and use that field to identify the facility.

How do I add a Vendor or Contractor?

If you have access to the Cabinet tab, click here to learn how to do this.

Otherwise, you'll need your Master User to do this.
